Dear Heaven Bound,


I am at a loss of words for what you do to help grieving families. We lost the most perfect, beautiful twin boys and Sue was able to capture the most perfect pictures of our boys Ryder and River. As tears roll down my face constantly, these pictures bring a smile on my face seeing the work and compassion that went into taking these pictures. I will forever hold these close to my heart. I am so blessed and honoured that this organization exists to help families through our grief and give us a slice of heaven with pictures. You are all truly wonderful gifted people and I am so glad I was told about Heaven Bound. Myself, my husband and our families thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts.

"Hi Sue,

I have been watching my e-mail all day today waiting to hear from you. We are still very emotional but we are going to make it through this together. (Name withheld) was released from McMaster Hospital today and we are home now.

We wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you did in building memories for us by capturing those brief but precious moments that we got to spend with our daughter at McMaster Hospital. It's nice to know that there are people out there that have such kindness in wanting to make people as happy as they can.

We appreciate everything you did for us and we will never be able to repay you."

On October 24th 2011 we unexpectedly had to say both hello and goodbye to one of our identical twins. We are so grateful that organizations like Heaven Bound exist. In the heartbreak of it all I'm not sure we would have thought to take pictures at least not to the same detail that the photographer we were blessed with took. The photographer that came out was like part of our family. She was so compassionate and it never felt like she was just there to take pictures. The beautiful photos and slide show that we have of our sweet angel mean so much to our family and have helped us, including her twin sister through this journey.

"It's hard to find the words to describe the incredible gift that Tonia gave to us on the day that our daughter was born still. I feel truly blessed that she was able to capture our daughter's beauty on the one day we held her in our arms. In the moment of tragedy, parents of angels can often overlook the importance of documenting and creating ever-lasting memories with their tiny little angels. Luckily with Tonia's encouragement we now have a scrapbook full of beautiful photos to cherish for the rest of our lives. Not only did Tonia provide beautiful photographs of our daughter and family, but she also provided top-notch service with indescribable empathy and generosity.
